Everything went good when setting up with SmartStop Storage. Only real complaint is when I got to the storage facility they had said there was a $4 for the app which is kinda cool to not have keys and $11 insurance if I don't have renters insurance or home owners insurance. Otherwise everything was great!

Had a great experience from check in to move in. Everything is super clean, Lisa was super helpful at the front desk and very efficient. Love the use of the app to access the property. Would highly recommend this property for storage.

I am new to SmartStop but have had a great experience leading and moving in. Staff was so helpful and facility is amazing! Love the ease of access using the phone app (never will lose my keys ever again!) and it is incredibly safe. They have very reasonable rates and month to month leases. Am so happy I found SmartStop!

I clearly remember I was told I would be charged $144 for an internal unit on the first floor or $181 for an outside drive up unit, however I was charged $181 not the $144 I was quoted, the unit does nit securely lock,

Everything is computerized. And your smart phone opens all the doors and elevator and storage locker door. Very clean and brand new.

Our storage unit holds way more space than I first anticipated! We feel extremely comfortable to store our belongings there, since the security system is VERY safe. We love how modern and clean the facility is. At the same time it was the lowest prize I could find for a 5x5 storage unit. All in all 10/10 and highly recommended

Brand new facility, uses smartphone for access, mandated insurance was a surprise that wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t disclosed before booking.

The staff are friendly. The facility is super clean and climate controlled for indoor units. The app based technology makes it so you never have to buy a lock and key again. Everything is controlled from your phone. Very impressive. Also, the prices are cheaper than most other places. If you don't go to storage very often, then this is right for you.

Move-in process was simple and the facility is in great condition. Electronic access to the entry gates & storage units is super convenient and streamlined (no more hassling around with keys and codes!) Make sure to keep a phone charger handy, though - the SmartStop app requires bluetooth to function, which drained my battery pretty quickly. Overall, I'm pleased with my decision to rent here.

The facility is pristine and the security is amazing! I love that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s all done off your app, no hassles with locks! It also had the best price and hours of access! Every other facility had no staff on Sunday, I was in a bind and they were amazing! Speaking of staff, super kind and helpful! Ask for Lisa!

Lisa was very helpful at SmartStop and answered all my questions. The facility is very clean and using an app on your phone to control Gate, Door, and Storage entry. Pretty cool.

Overall great experience. Apps easy to use and units are very clean.

I like the automated access system and security. It makes me feel safe stopping by to drop something off by myself.

I needed a storage unit on such short notice. Out of all the local facilities, this place was the cleanest and very reasonably priced. The inside units are very clean and easy to access. Plenty of resources to help you move in.

The Customer service was great. Jackson did a great job showing me how to use the new app. Place is very clean. I like the air temperature in the unit. The only thing I would recommend would be a few more carts.

All of the power was off when I moved in so everything was inaccessible and Jackson handled it wonderfully and had excellent customer service.

This is a pretty new facility. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a little trek from where I live, but they had a lot of spaces available and I could get one on the first floor at a fairly good price. The units are really clean and the tech is awesome. Helpful and courteous staff. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m pretty pleased all around.

Everything looks and feels brand new. Moving in was easy, always had access to carts when there even with other people moving things. Large elevator a big plus.

Just about everything was terrific! Only one thing would be helpful... if they could have more hand carts available please.

The customer service was amazing. I went to another storage unit before this one and they were so lazy as to even get up out of there chair to help. I am so happy I found this place in Rancho Mission Viejo. Very clean units, Bluetooth technology to open everything, great pricing and wonderful customer service. I highly recommended SmarStop Storage in Rancho Mission Viejo.
